Harry is a seasoned businessman and executive with extensive experience in business and investment management. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated his ability to drive growth and profitability in various industries, including finance,  real estate, and technology. With over two decades  of experience, Harry has developed a deep understanding of market trends, risk management, and investment strategies. Harry has held executive and leadership positions in several prominent companies. He has served as the CEO of a real estate investment firm, where he led the acquisition and development of commercial properties in key markets across the United States. Additionally, he has held senior roles at global financial institutions, where he provided strategic guidance and leadership in areas such as business development, risk management, and asset allocation. 

Board Chairman

John is a dynamic and experienced financial professional with a successful track record in the banking and investment industry. With over 24 years of experience in the field, he has held numerous senior and executive positions at various local and global financial firms. John started his career with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Banking from the National University of Science and Technology. He began working at a local  bank, where he quickly rose through the ranks due to his exceptional work ethic and commitment to  excellence. He then joined a global financial firm where he honed his skills in entrepreneurship, advisory, marketing, origination, and execution of transactions across the globe. Over the years, John has demonstrated his ability to manage and lead teams to deliver exceptional results. He has a keen eye for identifying investment opportunities and executing profitable transactions for clients. His expertise in the field has been invaluable in guiding clients through complex financial situations.  

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

 Chikuni is a CFA charter holder whose professional business experience spans more than two decades. After completing a Bachelors in Accountancy honours degree at the University of Zimbabwe, he worked in various investment roles, starting out as a trainee investment analyst at HSBC Securities. Over the next years, he held various executive investment roles, covering the complete cradle-to-grave investment cycle: origination, research and analysis, execution and monitoring and executive leadership before becoming CEO of a Botswana Stock Exchange-listed regional property investment company. Prior to this, Chikuni spent 10 years as Investment Director of a global alternative assets investment house, driving a period of steady growth in the firm’s assets. Here he had oversight of the investment cycle where he committed and managed funds in diverse alternative asset classes – private equity, real estate, hedge funds and mezzanine finance.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)  

Paulina has over 15 years in the financial industry and her background includes experience in treasury and international banking. She has also worked in other industries namely mining and agriculture. She has the unique advantage of having practical experience in understanding the different markets from both a financial and agrarian perspective. She has also worked with several organisations that help to educate upcoming women about the fundamentals of navigating the banking sector to fund their projects.

Business Development Manager

Olivia is an attorney with extensive experience in providing corporate finance legal advisory support services in Zimbabwe. She also has wide experience in jurisdictions across Sub Saharan Africa, the Channel Islands and Mauritius. She is passionate about the law and her keen ability to navigate the waters of the law in different countries is an invaluable service. 

She is keen about helping young people and as is Legal support to Educate a social venture that provided loan facilities to students across Zimbabwe. She sits on the board of the Harare Mayors Cheer Fund responsible for the upkeep of 85 charities in the city of Harare and provides Pro Bono legal advisory to start-up businesses in Harare through a tech hub.

Compliance Officer

Munya is a highly regarded investment banker, corporate leader, public and private sector advisor. He is passionate about enabling high potential African opportunities with financial capital and technical expertise. In 2015, Munya’s extensive work, service and leadership earned him the award of the Archbishop Tutu Fellowship for emerging African Leaders under 40 at Oxford University.
